Catherine Sands has been in the hospitality and sales field for the past 43 years. She comes with a wealth of knowledge on customer service skills and has trained others in this area as well. Being a highly motivated individual and loves working with the general public and welcomes any challenge as she looks at this as a part of everyday life. She has practically worked in every area of the hotel field, she have managed hotels and Condominiums for most of her life, so with her sales expertise having also a Sales and Marketing Degree background she is well verse on how important it is to have excellent service and sales skills.
Ms. Sands graduated from Grand Bahama Catholic High School and then went onto New York where she attended the Fashion Institute of Technology. She also obtained certificates in Hospitality Management and Front Office Training. She has travelled extensively promoting the Bahamas. She also did some training in Front Desk and Customer Service at the Sheraton Braintree Resort in Boston on two occasions. She was also involved in real estate in the past where she worked for Devco back in the 70’s.
Catherine is a triplet and is also the first recorded triplets in the Bahamas, she has one son, two grandchildren and a daughter in law.
Her passion is to always make her clients and customers happy offering always professional and courteous service. She also volunteers her time at the Church of God Home for the Age. She enjoys cooking, gardening, sewing, fishing and most of all meeting people.

Bert Lightbourne is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser who operates out of Freeport, Grand Bahama.
Bert is a graduate of the College of the Bahamas with an Associate of Arts degree and a certificate in Real Estate Law. He holds a certificate in the Principals & Practice of Real Estate, from Florida International University; Diploma: Professional Residential Real Estate Appraisals from The National College of Appraisals & Property Management, Atlanta Georgia. He is also a member of the American Society of Professional Real Estate appraisers (PRRA), National Society of Real Estate Appraisers (CCRA) and a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA).
Bert has more than 30 years of real estate sales and management experience, and is now President of Cobert Management & Sales Ltd., a firm involved in real estate sales & appraisals. We work with most of the major financial institutions by providing appraisals for mortgages. Cobert also provide appraisals for sales and purchases of real estate, insurance coverage, bail surety and estate settlements. We do valuations on homes & apartment buildings, commercial and hotel structures, and are fully insured with Lloyds through Insurance Management Ltd.
Bert is the Treasurer for the local branch of (BREA) and is involved in civic activities, through the Rotary Club of Freeport where he is an active member and past president. He is a member of St. Paul’s Methodist Church where he is involved in religious work. Our aim is to provide prompt professional service to our clients.
